TERMS & CONDTIONS
General hire, Corporate functions, Group events etc
A-List Limousines require a 30% deposit on all bookings for each
vehicle hired and 50% deposit for school formals and weddings, and
your booking is only confirmed when the deposit is paid. The balance
is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Upon cancellation, the deposit
will be forfeited to cover costs incurred.
Wedding hire: Conditions on Deposit Paid
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to wedding in writing,
by email or fax otherwise the balance of the total hire for the
job will be required to be paid in full.
After completion of booking form outlining times and locations,
any changes must be given within 30 days of the wedding taking place,
otherwise A-List Limousines have the right to refuse any such changes
due to our tight booking schedules.
Waiting time/Overtime:
Whilst we will accommodate passengers during their travel, overtime
and waiting time may be charged in 15 minute increments should the
booking go past the finish time of the said booking. Delays at airports
incurring waiting time, and pick ups that are late could also incur
additional charges. In the event of additional charges, this total
amount will be payable to the driver in cash.
Whilst A-List Limousines will endeavour to get you to your destination
safely, comfortably and on time, however things do happen and allowances
must be made for traffic, weather or vehicle breakdowns, etc. We
can not be held liable for those circumstances which are out of
our control. Should there be a mishap or vehicle break down, another
vehicle will be dispatched to complete the function depending on
availability.
Maximum refund possible due to unforeseen circumstances shall not
exceed the total amount quoted for the individual vehicles days
hire rate.
Insurances:
Our insurance Policy covers all authorised persons travelling in
the vehicle en route to their destination. Unless assisted by the
driver, passengers assume personal liability when entering and exiting
the vehicle.
A-List Limousines reserve the right to demand full compensation
for payment of any damage caused by passengers or hiring parties
travelling in vehicles. It is the responsibility of the hiring person
to ensure no damage is caused to the vehicle.
Damage to any vehicle hired, either by the clients, family members
or guests – are payable by the client.
A-List Limousines is not responsible for any goods left in the
vehicles.
Food:
No food is to be consumed inside vehicles whilst en route to destination
Smoking:
There is to be no smoking of any substance in the vehicles
Seatbelts:
Seatbelts are fitted to all vehicles and under current legislation
must be applied and fitted by each person travelling in the vehicle.
Alcohol:
The person booking the vehicle takes full responsibility that all
alcohol consumed by clients are done by persons over the age of
18.
The driver or operator of the hired vehicle at the time of the
job has the right to refuse any person or persons from car who is
behaving badly or are heavily intoxicated and the driver has the
right to terminate and cancel the job at hand without refund.
NOTE:
Due to the length of our Stretch Limousines, access into some suburban
streets may be restricted and pickup/drop offs at front door may
not be possible. This also relates to some function centres.
